Warranty

Should any part of the toolbox manufactured by DSM require repair or replacement as a result of manufacturing or materials defect within 10 years from the date of purchase, the part will be repaired or replaced at the warrantors discretion completely free of charge by Downs Sheet Metal.

Subject to the following conditions:

• Items not made by DSM are covered by the respective manufacturers warranty. The tool box must not be modified beyond original specifications.
  
  
• The tool box has not been damaged by neglect, accident, or improper use.
  
  
• The warranty does not cover any consequential expenses beyond the warranty repair of the tool box itself, e.g. Freight.
  
  
• This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only.
