Overseas
In our experience thus far, the customer from their resident country has arranged all toolboxes currently sent overseas by us. As it seems easier to arrange it this way as they already have some sort of freight arrangement in their local country, but As we are in the business of selling and dispatching toolboxes we will be happy to arrange freight to any destination you may choose. Please call us to discuss these matters.
Shipping
As freight prices are changing all the time, quotes are only valid for 3 days. Bearing this in mind, we can only give you a rough indicative price. We will in no way give a definite cost until dispatch is due and we get a confirmed quote from freight companies within the valid time frame.
Local
Due to the blatantly outrageous cost of freight, majority of the time it is more cost effective and beneficial to arrange to pick up your toolbox from our factory . You can also beg and borrow a friend to do it for you (you may have to bribe them with alcohol). We also travel regularly to field days and exhibitions all over Australia predominantly the eastern seaboard and we can often drop off at a destination that is within easy reach of the customer. If this not an option then the following interstate statement will apply.
Interstate
We will contact you when your toolbox is ready for dispatch and we will get quotes from a few different freight companies who service that area . We are regularly dispatching freight to most areas and have a reasonable grasp of the most cost effective manner in which to send to that area. We put the cheapest price we can find to the customer for approval. Once the customer has approved the quote, the cost of the freight is then added to your final invoice. Once the final balance of your invoice is paid, your goods are picked up within a day or two by the chosen freight company.
