Our largest drawered box. Greater tool capacity is achieved through an extra 200mm in length. The enlarged footprint of the box allows for fitment of our tri-slides that feature greasible slides and a hex key drawer removal system. The exceptional magnitude of this series challenges the customer to fill it to its maximum capacity with tools.
• External dimensions of 1080L x 600W up to 685H.
• Crane hooks are fitted instead of handles due to the size and weight.
• Combinations of number of drawers and height of toolbox are possible
• Fully arc welded in 2mm and 2.5mm steel. End panels are made with 2 interlocking channel and bolt on lifting lug segments.
• The lid system has four reinforced channels to support loads of up to 275kg.
• Gas struts add stability and strength to the opening action.
• 2 padlock rotary locks with an adjustable 4mm steel locking hook in the top tray of the box are supplied.
• Waterproof storage.
• The range features full drawers of 970-550-60mm and the two bottom drawer depths of 80mm and 100mm respectively.
• Top tray depth of 80mm and lid over space of 105mm.
• Drawers have greasible full friction slide system (weight capacity of 200kgs).
• Small drawers – 198-550-60mm - are available as 3 per full drawer width. You can replace up to 3 rows of full 60mm drawers in this range.
• Half drawers – 457-550-60 – are available as 2 per full drawer width.
• Clip in drawer dividers are supplied (2 per large drawer).
• Highest quality finish – abrasive blasting, zinc coated and finished in your colour choice.
• 4 arc welded 3/8 UNC captive nuts in the floor of the box allow easy mounting.
