Working hand in hand with our innovation department that drives DSM Laser Cutting we fabricate one off to large orders for customers. Fabrication items vary in size and complexity, our experienced staff use the best technology and tools to ensure quality.
We have 3 CNC brake press and 1 mechanical brake press. These brake presses include; 3.2 metre 220 tonne; 3.2 metre 130 tonne; 3 metre 100 tonne and 4.2 metre 160 tonne mechanical press.
Strategicly we have four welding bays all fitted with MIG and TIG systems to accomodate a varity of welding including Aluminium and Stainless Steel. These bays are located in a logical work flow from our lasers and brake presses to gain effecencies, reduce fabrication time and production costs.
To further ensure quality and effeciencies we have Robotic welding systems for repeative items and orders.
The total area of fabrication is 1340 square meters. With the ability to fabicate a variety of items from small one offs to large items such as agriclutural bins.
